Characteristics of ultrasonic vibration box:
SUS304 / SUS316L stainless steel plate was made, and the shock surface was electroplated with hard chromium. High quality ultrasonic vibrator, high Q value, high efficiency of electro-acoustic conversion, ensure consistent output of equipment; fixed sand blasting treatment and imported glue bonding, each process has been inspected; split structure, high-frequency wire connection between vibration plate and ultrasonic generator, easy to use and maintain.
Characteristics of ultrasonic vibration plate:
1. Ultrasonic vibration plate is composed of shock plate box and ultrasonic generator. It is simple in structure and convenient in use and maintenance. It is mainly used in pretreatment of electroplating and anodizing.
2. The input ultrasonic vibration plate is made of high-quality stainless steel, SUS 304 / 316L stainless steel and titanium alloy. Hard chromium plating can be carried out according to customer requirements to improve the corrosion resistance and cavitation resistance of the vibration box.
3. Using BLT ultrasonic vibrator and kg ultrasonic generator to match, high Q value, high electro acoustic conversion efficiency, equipment output, long use, glue bonding, each process has been inspected.
4. Standard frequency: 25, 28, 40, 80, 120 to 170khz, other frequencies can be customized; multiple frequencies: 40, 80, 120kHz can be customized, dual frequency, triple frequency can be customized.
